Re: AZ ShrpShtr Cartridge Loading Tool(s)
I didn't say I could shoot. I said I could load proper ammo.

Time to "bring this back". No word on AZ Sharpshooters so I've started making a similar loading tool. Have made three (3) for a Hepburn (which I shoot so was first ) and starting a run of a dozen for the High Wall (lot more High Wall shooters). Once I can find one of the tools for the 1874 Sharps I'll make a run of them, as well.
Charles - you should get one of each. Am sure just owning them will help you shoot better with your properly loaded ammo.

I call them a breech seater AND you don't need one until you need one. And that usually happens in a match when you don't have time to fool around with seating the cartridge that last sixteenth inch so you can close the breech and fire the shot expeditiously because the clock is running and tells you that there is 15 seconds left. I have not reason to believe improper loading of ammunition has been the problem, more like snit happens!
Have an idea on a price yet? Using the Borchardt rifle right now so it will probably be October/November before I can turn that seater loose.

That would be great. Had not thought of the Borchardt. Like the Hepburn, not many out there, so will make up a 'few'. Like you say, they are useless until you need one........ then they are indispensable.
