For all three of my Shilohs, the wait was similar to how my wife describes childbirth - “The pain is terrible and you feel like it will never end, but once the child arrives, you are so joyful you forget the pain.”

Re: Lead Time?
I think they're back to 18 months for most configurations. That was the time I was quoted on my Carbine order. With the caveat "It can change . . ."

Re: Lead Time?
I was told 18 months when I put down my deposit in August, 2019. I checked in January, 2021 and I was told that they were preparing to start production of the rifles ordered in the second half of 2019. I haven't received my "pay up or die" letter yet. I'm trying to be patient...

It will depend not only on how busy they are, but on what options you choose. AAA finish and checkering, for instance, adds some time.
I think that lead times can vary a fair bit. My fastest one was something like 14 months I think. The slowest is my current bull barreled rifle, but I knew it was going to take a long time when I put my money down .
The key is to have one to shoot while you are waiting for the next one. However long it takes, it'll be worth it.
Chris.

1874’s or 77’s ? My 77 has been on order for four years next month, round barrels will add a significant wait time as the Bull barrels as well.

Called and ordered ANOTHER Shiloh. Whatever it takes, it takes. Like my other Shilohs, they're always worth the wait...

The wait for another Shiloh is a very different wait than for your only Shiloh.
