Re: Great matches
Looks like they are laying down on the job. Don't abuse Steve. I need him to spot for me in Friendship in three weeks.
Skip is looking good. Been seven years since I've seen him. Shoot good and have a great time guys.

They're not being too hard on me!
We had some most excellent beef filets and baked potatoes by the trailer last evening.

I'm guessing it was the Desert Deuce laying down on the job, having a case of the vapors thinking about shooting that 500 yard target.

Re: Great matches
If I recollect correctly he's laying on the work bench on the north side of the target building at Ben Avery.. Never know what that old Desert rat is up to.

That Aviator is an up an coming Chef by the way.
He has some great "true" stories to tell about his experiences at Ben Avery the past two weeks if you can pry the information out of him.
It all came down to the last two shots of the match fired at 600 yards under adverse conditions of howling winds blowing gravel, flip flopping flags and highly confused mirage.
But the kid came through.

HINT: If you or Steve win the upcoming match at Friendship it should be Banana Split Time at the local Dairy Queen.
Something you may employ to your advantage at Friendship.
Good luck guys.
Woody, I am afraid some of Steve's so called friends have imparted a Ben Avery tradition on Steve. Admittedly he knew the error of those ways and resisted them weakly. Those friends being the usual suspects.Don't abuse Steve. I need him to spot for me in Friendship in three weeks.

And here I was concerned about leading the Shooting Machine astray while in Phoenix?
Alas, what to do?
