If you’re still looking for a way to mount a micro red dot like a Trijicon RMR or Vortex Razor, I believe that Evolution Gun Works offers a “gunsmith” base for popular micro red dots.
Should be fairly simple to have one machined to fit the .450”-.452” Shiloh dovetail

Question: .453 is the front dovetail is that the same for the rear?

My apologies…. I gave the size of the front sight, and you most likely needed the rear sight dovetail size.
My rear sight mics out at .4858” across the points. So I’d say .486” nominal
