As of November 28th (have not checked the mail yet today) we have received paid entries for the Desert International from the states of Alaska, Wyoming, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, and Idaho. 42 states are missing (Hawaii doesn't count) in action. Wonder, is long range black powder target shooting too intimidating for the other shooters in those 42 states? If shooters from Alaska and Florida can make it to Phoenix, so can the rest of the 42 states. It is the biggest black powder target rifle match in the world you know? Maybe the biggest ever?

Match Bulletin and Entry Forms just above or I can email them to you, email address above also.

Hope that Norway, Germany, Italy, Spain, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand can make it back this year.

Yes, two day silhouette match on for March 28 & 29, then one day .22 target, two days midrange, five days long range. The best bang for your buck on planet earth, period.

Leave the cold and snow, come to Phoenix, Valley of the Sun, March 28-April 6, 2023, for the best match ever. 8)

Recoil therapy is good for the soul.

You will probably need sun glasses and sun screen, shorts optional.

Long range weather prognostication says low 50's to high 70's for the IRONMAN shootapaloosa.

Like Creedmoor in the 1800's all over again.
