Re: 40-82 revisited (again)
Matt,
Yes and the bullets fit in the cases very smoothly with the 8 lb paper.
I have approx .13" freebore. That's another reason I chose this bullet with a little longer base.
The paper looked real good last summer when I was shooting it.
I think the paper shreds were on the last 40-82 thread that was going on last summer.
Brian

Re: 40-82 revisited (again)
Advisory, SEMTAV's temporary protected status expired midnight April 7, 2023.
However, since today is Easter Sunday, I have a redemptive offer to make that could extend that benefit.

DD
You'll even be happy to know I've decided to go over to the dark side again.
The kids came down and shot the Buffalo silhouette match this weekend and want to start shooting again so as long as I've got to mess with that greasy stuff I thought I'd dig out my old GG load for the 40-82 Browning and start shooting with them.
Was gonna shoot the 40-65 but was afraid if I shot too many of those girly loads , I'd start drinking Budweiser again too.

Wonderful, history repeats. Redemption once again following confession. It will be a public, not private, announcement.

Difficult, at times, to devine just exactly what SEMTAV has on, his mind. The rest of the time quite impossible.
There are salacious rumors afloat that he is actually fairly normal.
It is those diapers that are hard to overlook.
Ahh, maybe there is hope?
