As an afterthought, and I don't generally revert to "what if's", What if we have 58 shooters and 10-15 or more of them are muzzle loaders?
Seems like the two relays of 15 record shots each is about as abbreviated as we can get?
Sometimes you get the chicken, and sometimes you get the feathers!

Another suggestion from shooting the earlier dates in previous years. Hang a trash bag over those no vehicles beyond this point signs, they tend to act like neon lights when the sun gets on them and make it more miserable than the diablo mirage to see the target thru irons.
And no I don't know anybody that would be interested in borrowing your sextoy.
