Quigley SCORES

This is where you can place your scores from the matches. It uses an excel spread sheet! If you send me your sheet of scores I can put it on the forum and provide a link where everyone can view it.

DD, I wish you'd stop using 4-syllable words, it makes my hair hurt.

Geezz Mike, I write like I think and talk like I write. If I let SEMTAV edit my posts you would have no hair.

I'll bet 1/2 to 2/3 of the shooters on Saturday nite were allready done for the day before the big blow started. Most of the Q committee are still working for a living and use vacation time to do their part. Needless to say on monday morning they are back at their jobs.

bobw, do you have a link to the 2024 scores or is that the link where they will appear?

When they are done and ready to completely post all 575 scores I think you will find them on the link like that by googling 2024 Quigley match scores. Bobw

Thanks bobw. Will keep a look out for that.

Also, ear to the ground and cogent vibrations through the moccasin telegraph indicating that final scores had something to do with the relay any individual shot on. It makes sense if one relay shot in 5 mph steady winds while the next shot in variable gusts between 20-50 mph that could affect scores. Suspect even SEMTAV could understand that? Well, maybe. Hope springs eternal.

Semtav understands more about Montana winds than you give him credit for, he has flown millions of miles in them. Then of course he puts on the monthly long range club match at the Q range 800, 900, 1000 and a 1200 yd side match. His scores are very rarely far from the top. Bobw

Thanks bobw for reminding me that SEMTAV lives and flies out of Forsyth.
However, it seems that elevating him in any way tends to breed complacency and I am seeking to have him perform at higher levels that I know he is capable of even though, so far, he has resisted mightily. :(

DD be careful, SEMTAV may land in front of your house with the scores, as he did once in front of my place in the wheat stubble field.

Certainly KWilliams.........the moniker SEMTAV and the word caution go hand in hand. Hear he is a pretty normal human when he is not posing as a shooter. BTW, I have yet to confirm that rumor. The word flies has two separate meanings as in the singular, fly in the ointment, she can fly an airplane.

I’m thinking Semtav may have overflown the Quigley firing line whilst I was trying to shoot…. Some guy in a small plane sure did anyway. You can hear it in my 600 yard video. We were all wondering what in the hell that guy was doing…

DD thought he was joking about shotgun patterns, but those are my practice targets when I get a little rusty. If I can turn the white bull silver In one shot, I can go on and hunt.
