Thanks Don and I dont have any 16-1 I have 250 lbs or more of 20-1 I thought about trying first? But I can order some 16-1

Just shoot the 20-1 and develop your loading technique(s), wads, paper, compression, bullet choice, charge weight etc.
Record the results and then give the 16-1 a try.

20-1 will work, but the 16-1 will give you tighter groups especially when the distance gets long. To 10#'s of 20:1 you can add 3 oz of 60/40 bar solder or 1.75 oz of pure tin to get 16:1.
