Paul Bremmer announced at 7:15 am EST that Saddam Hussein has been captured 15 miles south of Tikrit.

It is a GOOD day thanks to the relentless efforts of the Troops in Iraq.

But we have one very important fact on our side. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals sits in San Francisco, not Bagdad, so we may have a good shot at convicting him.

And, Libya appears to have caved in on the WMD issue today. And, admitted to being close to nuclear capabilites.

What a coincidence. Six days after the arrest of Saddam.
