Yes, it was cold, yes, we had fun AND a good turnout for a windy day.
The morning low light and the wind made a difficult start; rewarded by a warmer and less windy rest of the day.
Our oil drum pit fire helped a lot to warm our fingers and Greg Fisher from Delta/Montrose had an excellent score with a 26, winning the match.
Yours truly felt having an advantage with the scope in the low light, did not count the score.
Butch Jarvis won the AAA class and Jason Porter, took his trusty 40-65 Stevens out of the closet and won the AA class. Ty Soderquist
came today to join his buddy Jim Thomas and won the A class with Jim’s 40-65 Shiloh Sharps.
Thanks Kathy for making the Taco Chile and thanks to Shirley and Le Ann for bringing all the other munchies.
Shooters make a match – thanks for showing up today.
Keep smiling,
Klaus
