How do they perform?

Post by RMulhern »

Reference these scopes being considered by some? I'd like to hear from anyone that may have purchased one of the traditional models and what your results have been using it. Does it have enough elevation capability to make shooting at 1000 yards possible without a bunch of "rigamoerow" involved....such as enough elevation adjustment. Or...if not...did you have to try, switch, keep changing to different/higher mounting blocks, etc.?? Are they clear...do they fog up, how accurate are the adjustments, etc.?? Have they assisted in improving accuracy...or...do the irons work just as well?

Thanks!

Go to the "Shooter to Shooter" forum & scroll thru the threads. This topic has been on that forum 2-3X.

I forgot to add that this topic has been discussed several times on the MSN BPCR site. Try the below link for one such thread.

I cannot remember where, but somewhere I read of someone mounting their RHO scope utilizing MVA mounting blocks. Is this really a viable possibilty, or did I read something wrong?

Lee Stone: I don't think that it can be done. Unless RHO changed its design, the RHO mounts in the rear barrel sight dovetail slot.
