Is it possible to add engraving to a rifle that is already finished? If so, what are the charges above those of the engraving?

from Shiloh:
1874 "Military Carbine" (7 1/2 lb, 22" bbl) in .45-70
1874 "Sporter #1" (25 lb, 34" bbl) in .45-70, rechambered to .45-110

Hi Mike, you can do this, but it is going to be costly due to the fact, everyting has to be annealed, then re-polished, then re- heat treated. Thanks Kirk
