Well, our May match is behind us now. We had a wonderful time in spite of some weather challenges. Most of you heard about the flooding in the town of Ridgway. Thankfully, no one was hurt although many folks there suffered major property damage. Our thoughts are with them.
The weather on match day was beautiful, with comfortably cool temps and little wind (for Ridgway). Mirage did increase as the day wore on, however, leading to some challenging conditions in the late morning and afternoon.
We had a total of 19 shooters in attendance. David Heeter was match winner with a score of 35. Brian Chilson took 2nd place with a 34. Please see below for the complete results.
As always we'd like to thank everyone who helped out. From the target setters to the folks calling the line, to the folks who helped with cleanup afterwards. We couldn't do it without you!
Join us at Ridgway for the Pennsylvania State Championship on Saturday and Sunday, June 28 & 29. You don't have to be a PA resident to compete, though the match winner must be a PA resident. More details coming soon.
