Can the #2 Creedmore Round Barrell be made 32"; if so, can it be made under 12# 2 oz without the pewter tip in 40-70 SS.

Kirk,

With the 32 inch round barrel can I stay under 12 lbs 2 ozs for Silhouette with a # 113 front sight and a # 101 Soule Sight? If it can't meet weight with the #2 creedmoor let me know and I'll change my order to a 30" barrel. I did not specify what sights I had on the previous question and I figure it will make some difference.

Also, this is with-out the pewter tip.

To be real sure you need to stay with the 30" barrel, then you have room for hadley eye cups and or different sights. Thanks Kirk

Troll.

I just picked up my #2 Creedmoor Silhouette 30"barrel in .45-90 several weeks back.I have the sights you want with the Hardley.
The rifle came in at 11lbs.14 oz.

I have a #2 Creedmoor in 40-65 with the same sights you have requested, 30" barrel and it weighs 12 lb, 1.7 oz.
