We had 22 shooters attend the rescheduled 2019 match. Of those, we had at least 4 women shoot the program.

The weather was about as pleasant as it can get for July in Worland. Plenty hot by late in the afternoon on Saturday, variable winds both days that made it a real challenge for the spotters. Hot enough that fouling control was an issue for several folks.

One of the brightest spots were the 3 new to target rifle shooters, who left the match hooked on the sport.

It sounds like you guys had a great match. I'm sorry I wasn't able to make the rescheduled dates. Other than the first Worland midrange match this is the first one I've missed.

I do think tho that the only shooter not from Wyoming this time was Jack Odor.

I had the best time. As always, it was a pleasure to shoot with master spotter and wind caller Kenny Wasserburger. The range was super, the awards were great, the competition was fierce, the Outland family were the most gracious hosts, and the time spent with friends was priceless. This year was the first year I have been able to attend as the earlier dates always seem to find me over my head in work, but I sure hope I can go next year. Put this one on your list, everything is top notch.
