Bass Pro shop on line orders

I placed an order one hour ago with Bass Pro shops. decided to change or cancel and reorder.
customer service said they cannot do it. it's already in the computer/warehouse .Really?
They offered free shipping on orders over $50 but still included the $20 Hazemat charge for shipping. That is not free shipping.
and they will not change or cancel the order.
just FYI....shop there, but beware NO Customer support. Ken
