I made a post re: the rules and ethics that got lost in cyber space, so I'll repost.....
My huntin' and shootin' pal in town made the pilgrimage to Raton a few years back. He witnessed a scenario between a couple of harrassed range officials and a disgruntled shooter with an "attitude".
I don't recall the topic of the dispute but the upshot was that the competitor was instructed to pack up his rifle and go home - he was out of the match.
It had the effect of establishing the authority of the ROs and ensuring the acceptable standard of conduct they were prepared to accept within the framework of the rules.
Good on the ROs!
