Sorry I have been off the net for a couple of days.
To the best of my knowlege there is not a commercial outlet in Boise. I was told that Sportsmans Warehouse sells it but that's not true.
If you are a member of the E-Da-How Long Rifle club you can purchase Black from them. Other than that you have to order from on of the Mail Order dealers.
That's the route I went!

You may easiest of all purchase black powder at Shooting World, an indoor shooting facility at 11655 W. Executive Dr., phone #, 321, 1288. The last time I purchased powder there they had only Schuetzen in 2fg., which did not break my heart. It if just off Franklin Road and 5 Mile, below the canal.
