I was on a motorcycle trip last week when I got a call from my LGS. They had received a parcel from Mr. Goodman with my name on it. I must say that the No. 1 Sporter in .45-90 exceeded my expectations. I look forward to going to the range and expending my daughters' inheritance. I'd like to extend my thanks to all of the people at Shiloh!

Great looking rifle. Is the barrel a 34"?

It's a 32" half-octagon heavy barrel. The LGS guys said they had to use a fork lift to get it off the truck but, somehow, I think they were 'joshing.'

Beautiful rifle, but then I zoomed in for a closer look (as I almost always do with amazing Shiloh wood and case hardening).
What is going on inside the trigger lever?

Mike, no offense at all. Don't blame you one bit for for the photo shoot with a great background. Nice looking rifle. Congrats.
