Knee-jerk liberals are always looking for a new tax and a way to disarm the law-abiding public. While this is blatantly unconstitutional, the legal challenge will face an uphill battle to get a fair trial in Kalifornistan. The legal teams from the NRA and GOA, and etc. will file suit before the ink is dry. Like Heller, this will go to the Supreme Court before it's over.

If a law like that was allowed to stand then it would be used over and over again to tax anything else the high and mighty deem inappropriate.Non gun owners have to see this stuff goes way beyond just guns as once a precedent has been set it might eventually affect something they actually care about.You just can t allow big brother to set rules for your own good willy nilly as you will end up in a police state for your own good

There is some legislation talk brewing to do away with metal license plates and switching to satellite GPS, This just means a milage tax brewing and tracking your activities.
I hope people will wake up soon where all this is going.
