New Loads

So hopefully next weekend I will get to shoot my first Old Eynsford loads, going to try 69, 69.5, and 70 grains with an .030 Walters Wad and a 535 grain Brooks Creedmoor with all grease grooves covered. While I should shoot them at 100, I will likely shoot them at 300 to 400, as I have more fun. I may run a few across the chronograph. On a sad note, Bill Bagwell, AKA Rdnck, a man who was so generous towards me when I first purchased my Shiloh and had no idea what in the heck I was doing, I found he had passed in February, I am deeply saddened because I so wanted to share the joy I had finally found shooting this rifle.

HDH,
I have had good luck with 67.0 grains of OE 2F & .60 Walters wad, BR2. The bullet is a 535 grain BACO Creedmoor with DGL lube. This is the 45-2.1.

I will hopefully be able try some BR2 in the future. For now WLR and CCI LRM will have to suffice.
