Maybe someone will buy it, and continue production. There was an explosion there in June, and that probably had something to do with it.

Maybe, maybe it was the other 5 or 6 blowups had something to do with it?
Sure didn't take much to complicate matters in our shooting world, the ripple effect.
Supply might get tighter

Question, why is it we never hear about the Swiss plant blowing up

It's my understanding from past reading, (couple of years ago) that the folks with actual black powder making experience, the herd is quite thin

Wonder how many are on the phone right now calling about powder

Already finished my call

Military ain't gonna like getting their igniter powder from overseas. Current administration probably don't care though. Guess I'll transition to Swiss.

Bummer! Likely we can not imagine, however, the hoops one must jump through to run such an operation.

More likely the foul hand of the Bidenistas exerting strongarm tactics on Hodgdon 's to cease and desist production. It will be smokeless next they allready screwed down the primer supply. Any bets? Bobw

Likely just a business tactic to jack prices so can gouge the military (US taxpayers). Probably see the prices we are being forced to pay for primers and want in on same.

None, Goex has been shut down since the Mill explosion back in June.

I'll bet it has everything to do with how many times can you afford rebuild the blowed up place, and how many more times can they get luck nobody got killed in this blow up, and the next one, and the one after that.

That boat will sit off the coast just like the rest of the cargo ships are currently, your government has seen to that. Not enough people to unload the cargo ships

Matter-of-fact, it might just be parked out there indefinitely, as Dipshit Joe doesn't have to let it in the country. Get the ole Chinese lettuce inspection.

Sit there till she spoils

Enjoy the rest of your day

BINGO! Plus think about business insurance. After this many explosions and fires, who would write a policy and at what cost? Or, maybe HODGDON was self-insured and cannot afford that "policy" any longer?
