Source for MVA scope sunshades

My shooting partner is looking for sunshades for a MVA B5 scope. I understand MVA does not make shades and Steve Earle only makes shades for Lyman scopes. Marshall Chase made shades at one time but no longer. DZ Arms makes shades for their scopes but I don't believe they will fit a B5. Any suggestions other than toilet paper tube & duct tape or contacts would be appreciated. Thanks.
