Bob,

I don't know what the gas cost is your way but down in Oklahoma and Kansas I payed $2.89 give or take a few pennies but crossing into Illinois it jumped to $3.48 plus.
Maybe I will put some sails on the gypsy wagon but I don't think there is enough room to tack against the wind on the 2 track roads. :?

We are sitting at $5.329 Canabucks for a US gallon. I know where I'm spending my summer.

Went to town today to refresh the JD supply. $34.00 / 1.750 Liter. Diesel was $3.69/Gal. Will be an expensive trip to Raton this year. The JD is helping.

You are lucky Paul :-). I just paid $1.88 per L for 89 octane for the pickup. That work out to about $5.64 USD per US gal.

Chris, Our #1 son moved to Lake Country/Kelowna last year and we were planning a visit before the monsoons began. At those prices we might just hold off until things settle down a bit. I was hoping to tie it in with your shoot at Hefley Creek. Have they cancelled those again this year?

Regular gas is $1.289/L here.

I'll bet there is a match at Heffley this year. They have been holding a bunch of PRS matches this fall so I think it's likely to be on.

No matter what, I'll be heading there when the snow melts to shoot at the various gongs. The amount of range time there depends on when the cattle are off the range, and how early the forest fire season starts. That place has lot of tall dry grass so it gets shut down for black powder sometimes.
