Original Sharps Powder Measure Wanted

Post by taw1126 »

I'm looking for an original Sharps Rifle Company 70-grain powder measure (powder charger). If anyone has a lead on such an item, please send me a PM.

Thanks,
Trey

Bringing it back to the top just in case anyone knows where to find one...

There's an original Bridgeport-era, Sharps-marked .40-caliber paper patch bullet mould on e-bay right now if anybody's interested.

Well...it hasn't been yet. Posted a "want ad" there awhile back but haven't received any information yet. I suspect that not too many of these were sold way-back-when and that very few have survived the years, but I'll keep looking.
