I ordered a couple rifles a year ago and as luck would have it, I found a 50-70 #3 decked out to point of giving me a heart flutter. Couldn't/wouldn't pass it up but that created another issue for me. One of the rifles I ordered was a 50-70...... Well, I thought if they can't change my order, maybe I do need four 50-70's. Gave Shiloh a call,and spoke to a lady there, "Ona" I hope I got her name right. She was definitely in the "can do" mode. In less than five minutes, the 50-70 was history and a completely different rifle was configured and queued up to take it's place. She was extraordinarily helpful and very professional through out the somewhat embarrassing (for me) process of changing my order so completely and with zero fuss. My thanks to Shiloh for a great product and even better customer service.
