Fine garment bag, woolite, cold water, gentle cycle. Air dry in same garment bag.
Sometimes you get the chicken, and sometimes you get the feathers!

I set them in water over night then give them a good rinse in warm water. Dry them in my lyman case drier. I figured if water cleans fouling, it should clean my bore pigs. the dark color has never bothered me or the barrel. I on my 3rd full yr with the same felts/brushes.

Thanks Matt. Thats basically what I have been doing, Just wondered if they should be whiter but seems not. I dont bother drying them either if shooting the next day , just pop them back in the ammo box with water and a dash of cutting fluid.
