BUZ COKER MEMORIAL 2022

This is where you can place your scores from the matches. It uses an excel spread sheet! If you send me your sheet of scores I can put it on the forum and provide a link where everyone can view it.

BUZ COKER MEMORIAL 2022

Post by semtav »

In spite of the high temperatures, we had a great match.
Definitely got to try out the fouling control methods in the 100 deg + temps and single digit humidity.
Turnout was down some, as few probably wanted to sit out in 105 deg weather.
In all, 28 shooters showed up to shoot.
Wes Gamble and Kim Williams were at the top of the leader board both days.
One shooting Blackhorn 209 and the other shooting Black Powder with PP bullets.
Wes won out in the end !!!

The fun part was when you'd get ready to shoot and there'd be a grasshopper on your front sight staring back at you.

Wes Gamble also won the 1200 yd buffalo shoot with 6 hits out of 10.

Between he and Danica, I think they took home enough wood to float the Yellowstone this weekend !!

Brian,

Thank you for putting this on & giving us a shoot to go to.

September has just become busy in our area of the world.

9/3 & 4 Buz Coker Memorial. 130 miles
9/9, 10 & 11th Medicine Rocks (this weekend) 26 miles
9/16,17 & 18th Big Hill Fall. 10 miles
And now The Mini Q moved to the weekend of 9/24. Is this on Saturday or Sunday?

Thank you Lee Ranch for the place to shoot.
Good to get to visit with Al again.

The flyer says the 24th and 25th. You're welcome.
