Overall length of 30" Hartford

Going to buy a safe. I will be getting a 30" Hartford (still way out) that must fit.

Mine is really close to 48 inches. Of course you'll want to leave some extra room for getting it in and out.

Not sure where you'd find a gun safe short enough not to fit that Sharps? Even the shorter variations are 56" or taller, and easily fit most long barreled single shots. I have safes that are 56", 59" and 60" tall, and even my 34" long barreled Hepburn Match B with a small Farrow buttplate fits in the 56" tall safe.
I think you'll be hard pressed to find a safe too short for that Sharps.

Make sure it'll fit a 34" barreled one for when you eventually get one
