K and Tmac, thanks for the explanations. That looks to be a great method. This hobby often has me regretting not taking Machine shop in high school. Tim.

There are all sorts of difficult ways to do simple tasks. i've been doing it kirk's way for 30 years, and it works perfectly. Don't forget, if you change alloy or sizing die, you need to redo it.
