What is the preferred diameter of a black bull for shooting at 200 yards off the bench with soule sights? And front aperture size?

Re: Target size
12 to 13 inches works very well.

Re: Target size
I had to use 15" for the postal matches.
Found out this winter if I opened my front aperature to twice the size I use at matches, I could use the 12" . Not sure why cause I didn't have that problem at 300 yds.

Re: Target size
Whatever size the bull is , you should seethe same amount of light all the way around which equates to a visual 1/3.
Also depends on your eyesight and atmospheric conditions
