Any body know what's up with Sandhills ranch?

I've heard that k-bar outfitters phone which was the outfitter that Sandhills used last year has been disconnected. When I checked out the www.k-bar.com site it shows only the construction company and it's in Arizona now where as before it had both a construction and hunting option and they were in Nebraska.
I'm curious because I've been there twice and might go again next year.
