Guys thanks for the advice. I've been getting a read on the decker/sawbuck camps. I'll start out in WY so maybe I should keep that in mind.

I've got the book by Smoker, and a bunch of others too. Learning from books is something I'm pretty good at, but you can't be empiricism from time to time as well so I reckon we will be bashing around out back with a few loads of firewood.
