Sharpsman,
That's a fairly classy looking neighbor you have there. We had a lot of them in our yard this summer, and it seems they like carrot tops and tomatoes really well.

This one was laying beside the roadway going atop Casper Mountain! Yep...they feed in your yard and DO NOT discriminate flowers from carrots or other stuff in your garden!!
