Pete ! You need more powder for the 1 to 20 alloy maybe ! Try 69 grains of goex 2fg and compress to the base of the bullet with a news print and milk carton wad under bullet with all grooves seated in the case ! My Loads for the postal is 4.5gr of 4fg and 66grains of goex 2fg 3/32" Flash hole , fed 215 primer in a Rem case neck sized only crimped ! Take your teeth out before shooting ! JAGG

deerhuntsheatmeup; The bullet left it's mark in the plywood below the target paper. It is 1 3/16" long with a nice bullet shape. Kinda neat looking but I'd rather see round bullet holes. Thanks for the headsup.
JAGG; I'm gonna try the 73 gr load and see what happens. I'm using tablet backing for wads. Sounds like that load of yours will take your teeth out for you. Thanks
